Chris Reinolds serves as Associational Mission Strategist for the Northeast Florida Family of Churches, the network Blackrock is part of. He spends most of his week with pastors and ministry leaders, helping them find their next step and connecting them with others who have already walked that road or with resources that will assist them.

Before returning to Northeast Florida, Chris served on the staff of a 2,500-member church in Memphis, served as a senior pastor in North and South Carolina, and spent seven years in church revitalization. He has consulted with churches, associations, and state conventions nationwide and continues to do so. He currently serves as Acting President of the Florida Baptist Conference of Associational Leaders and writes The Strategic Outsider for church leaders.

Chris and his wife, Rosalind, grew up in Callahan and now live there with their five children.
